The project came to life from a deep rooted need in the community.
Our project delivers tree planting, creating bio-diverse green spaces with our combined meditation, mindfulness and yoga sessions healing both people and planet together.
We piloted our project restoring green spaces whilst also conducting wellness sessions, promoting positive mental health and physical wellbeing in our participants.
Our aim is to grow this project at a mixed locations and purpose built sites, where individuals can come and improve their mental wellness whilst creating a green space for bio-diversity to thrive.
