Chris Desai is a BBC award-winning entrepreneur, philanthropist, and global systems-change leader working across climate, education, and social equity. Founder of Vayyu and The Vayyu Foundation, he leads international initiatives including UOCEAN 2050, UEARTH 2050, and co-founder of UHUMANS 2050—designing scalable, people-centred solutions to some of the world’s most urgent challenges.

Recognised as 40 Under 40 Globally for Climate & Sustainability, Voted as the Top 100 Most Influential Voices, a BBC Make A Difference Award winner, and Earthshot Prize nominee, he has been recently featured in Forbes, Davos and ITV and is know in the industry as the Rottweiler of Conservation.

Reshma Desai is an award-winning CEO and global voice for social impact, gender equality, and community transformation. She leads UHUMANS 2050 and Haus of Respect, driving preventative action on gender-based violence and championing male allyship.

She is Co-Founder of The Vayyu Foundation, developing purpose-led initiatives that connect grassroots action with global change across advocacy, education, and systems reform.

An internationally recognised keynote speaker, Reshma has contributed to global discussions including UN Women UK at CSW70 on gender equity and policy. She is also Mrs India Worldwide 2025 – Crowned “Woman With A Voice” representing fearless, purpose-driven leadership focused on creating a more inclusive world.
