Chris Desai is a multi-award-winning philanthropist, entrepreneur, and one of the Top 100 Most Influential Voices of our times. From Leicester, UK, he has risen to the vanguard of global reform as the founder of The Vayyu Foundation®—a multi-award-winning global NGO delivering scalable, people-centred solutions to environmental and humanitarian crises.
Through the Foundation, Chris spearheads three flagship initiatives:
UOCEAN® 2050 (Ocean Conservation): Dedicated to removing 1 Billion Kilograms of ocean plastics through clean ups, education and advocacy whist empowering marginalised communities with blue skills. Under this sits UOCEAN - Heights of Possibility (Social Mobility)—an eco-friendly collaboration using gliders to inspire youth pathways into Conservation, Aviation, and STEM.
UEARTH® 2050 (Land Conservation & Wellness): Dedicated to planting 1 billion trees, rewilding degraded land, and engaging marginalised groups through nature-based mindfulness, yoga, and art to foster mental resilience.
An Earthshot Prize nominee, BBC Make A Difference Award winner, and globally recognised 40 Under 40 UK and 40 under 40 Globally, Chris has addressed Davos, the House of Lords, and Lloyds of London on multiple occasions. Featured widely in Forbes, BBC, ITV and many more his raw, unfiltered advocacy—earning him the industry name "The Rottweiler of Conservation"—has established him as a premier voice for meaningful planetary change.

Reshma Desai is an award-winning CEO and global voice for social impact, gender equality, and community transformation. She leads UHUMANS 2050 and “Haus of Respect”, driving preventative action on gender-based violence and championing male allyship.
She is Co-Founder of The Vayyu Foundation, developing purpose-led initiatives that connect grassroots action with global change across advocacy, education, and systems reform.
An internationally recognised keynote speaker, Reshma has contributed to global discussions including UN Women UK at CSW70 on gender equity and policy. She is also Mrs India Worldwide 2025 – Crowned “Woman With A Voice” representing fearless, purpose-driven leadership focused on creating a more inclusive world.
